Dive # 6 & 7 and Day 2 at the gym

We were running a little late this morning and walked in right on time for the dive (i think)!  It's just us and Lukey and his Nana.  This is Nana's last dive.  She is going back to Pennsylvania tomorrow morning.  Mr. Luke and his Mom will be here a couple more days, then head back home to Alabama.  Will watches the Disney Jr channel on TV while Nana and I chat a bit.  I got to read a little in my book, which I have barely begun and then the time was up!
It's off to the gym!  Will is still excited to see Miss Tiffany.  I'm so glad.  How many of us would want to go back to the gym the very next day for a hard core 3 hour workout with a personal trainer?  I'm so proud of Will for his determination.  I hope that continues.
 
Yesterday I told you that Will practiced walking on his knees.  Well, today I have video of that!  I'll start with yesterday's video so you can see if from the beginning.

One proud Mama!  Will watched the video when we got back to Rezzi, he always like to watch the clips from the day.  Tonight while watching this one he said, "I'm proud of myself".  Me too Buddy!

Dive #7- Packed spaceship again today.  Mr. Luke and his Mama, Miss Dawn and Miss Tiffany and a new chamber mate whose name I forgot (Amanda maybe) and then Mr. Will and myself.  Will did better today, and so did I.  Miss Tiffany, Aly (Luke's Mama) and I talked the whole dive while Mr. Will watched Toy Story 3.  When I dive was over Will said he wanted to watch Mr. Luke in the gym.  He pushed himself back over to the gym in Zipper and parked just outside the double doors.  He told me that he wasn't going to go in, because it's not his turn.  I said that was a good idea.  Pretty soon Will wanted to get a better look.  Luke's Nana and Mama both invited Will in.  Will sat quietly in Zipper watching Miss Tiffany work with Luke.  I loved watching him during this time.  He was really interested in what Luke was doing.  I think he really likes the idea of someone else working in the gym.  What happens next will melt your heart.

This is adorable, if I do say so myself, right down to Mr. Will's scarf!

This one is the best though, Mr. Will is behind the camera this time., (his favorite past-time!).  I love this!

Will was cheering on his new friend!  He was so proud of Mr. Luke.  It was the absolute sweetest thing I have ever seen!

The Final Week! A fun filled weekend with family and dives 27 &28

Happy Monday!  It's week 3.  We're almost finished.  Will is ready to go home.  He is missing his Daddy, (and he just saw him yesterday!). Phil and the kids came in Friday night and stayed until yesterday afternoon.  We filled the weekend with as much as we could!  Two movies (me and big kids), 3 dives (Will and his daddy), indoor skydiving (Ben and Isabel), and church (together!)!  Together again!  My kiddos!  Will's waving to the camera! Hello Friday!!! Dives 36 and 37

Dive 36- Josie and Will.  Started the day with another dose and oxygen and Mickey Mouse! Our last solo workout in Miss Tiffany's gym.  We skipped the yoga today and went right for the stairs.  Will grabbed his canes and some friends and got started.  As he was walking it occurred to me how often I took for granted when Ben and Isabel went walking across the floor with toys in their hands.  Just think about that for a minute...then watch this video! He carried Mario and Luigi to the stairs.  I carried them up the stairs and then he proceeded to throw them down.  Typical kiddo! After getting hurled down the stairs now poor Mario has to be thrown in a hoop!  Poor guy! He threw all of Mario's friends in the basket too.   Then he made his way across the room to leave Miss Tiffany one last message.  He made it about halfway when he fell, but you know Will, he got right up and finished the job! I think Will enjoy...

Week 3, Tuesday, Dives 29 & 30

Dive 29- Mr. Will and Josie.  Mickey Mouse, our morning ritual! After the dive Will headed over to Miss Tiffany's gym.  I guess we'll stick around, he likes working in there!  He basically set the whole day up, I only added one thing!  He started himself on the stairs.  I just stood back and filmed! Rock on , Mr. Will! This next thing I added.  The next time you get up from sitting (in a chair for example) think about what all goes into that. I think this will be something he could master when we come back this summer!  By the way, Miss Tiffany will be back for that one!   Back to Will's plan.  He didn't want me to video him getting into position but I thought it showed a lot of good work on Will's part.  Pulling yourself on a scooter is an amazing workout!   Now for the "real" video.  Will set up all the pins and now he is kicking them over, according to his plan!
