Day 4, Dive #10

First let me point out there is no dive before the gym today.  Why you ask...I set my alarm for PM!!!  Ok, let me explain...Yesterday when we were leaving the gym for the day, we pulled into the Rezzi parking lot and parked the car.  I went around to get Will out of his seat and put him in zipper when the phone that he was holding crashed onto the pavement.  Yes, that would be my phone and now it would be shattered!  Off to the AT&T store we go!
Fast forward to this morning.   I set my alarm for 6:30.  I actually woke up at 6:24, ahh a few more minutes before the alarm goes off.  The next time I woke up 7:48!  12 minutes before the dive!  I rushed around the hotel room trying to get out the door.  I had every light on and was making all kinds of noise when suddenly I noticed that Will was sleeping very soundly through all of it!  This boy must be tired!  I decide to let him sleep.  I call Miss Cheryl to let her know she can start without us.  Then I checked my phone and changed the alarm to AM!  UGH!

Day 4 at Miss Tiffany's gym
We arrive at the gym ready for the day.  Mr. Will is still just dragging.  He has worked hard this week and it is showing very much this morning.

Look at that tired little face.  Poor guy!

He still manages to find energy somewhere and does some amazing stuff.  He's a bit more winey today, but still working very hard!  Check out what he does on the stairs today!  NO HELP FROM MISS TIFFANY!!!

Now, just for fun you should go back to our first trip and look at those video!  WOW, that's amazing!

Will started working on walking with canes at the very end of the July trip (I think).  He still has a way to go before he's taking off across the room but watch what my tired little boy did today.

Pretty amazing huh!  Now outside on the bike.  Tiffany just showed him what she had in mind.  Going around obstacles.  She is trying hard to find a hard enough goal for the bike that he doesn't fly past before the end of the 3 weeks.  Maybe this one, maybe not...

He's doing so well on the bike!  It's so exciting.  Miss Tiffany and I were researching bikes today.  How can we not!

Now this next video is too good not to share, but you have to ignore the conversation in the background and Miss Tiffany clapping her hands at me to get my attention!  Ha!

I just can't wait to see how he's riding by the end of the third week!  I told Tiffany maybe she could work on braking before he runs into something, otherwise he's going to get whiplash!  He's really getting up some speed!

Dive #10

Today the dive is Mr. Will, Mr, John, Miss Maria and Mr. Richard and myself!  Doc McStuffins is playing again...much to John's dismay!  ;)  Today I learned that Richard is a treasure hunter!  He tells me all about a treasure that is buried somewhere in the Rockies and hands me a book to look at.  He's hoping I can read the poem and give him some help.  Apparently there are 9 clues within this poem.  I read the poem, it is pretty interesting.  We chat about it for a few minutes but then I set his book down and pick up mine!  Sorry Richard, I'm not good puzzles!  I wish him the best of luck!

The Final Week! A fun filled weekend with family and dives 27 &28

Happy Monday!  It's week 3.  We're almost finished.  Will is ready to go home.  He is missing his Daddy, (and he just saw him yesterday!). Phil and the kids came in Friday night and stayed until yesterday afternoon.  We filled the weekend with as much as we could!  Two movies (me and big kids), 3 dives (Will and his daddy), indoor skydiving (Ben and Isabel), and church (together!)!  Together again!  My kiddos!  Will's waving to the camera! All the happy divers...Phil, Grandma Linda, Mason (front and center!) Josie and Will! I had a fun surprise for Ben and Isabel!  Indoor Skydiving!  They LOVED it!  Score one for MOM!  It was fun to watch.  Will said he's going to do it next time!  I might just try it too!   They take you out once to let you figure it out and then give you a second flight to go much higher! The first video shows Isabel's first flight, the instructor said sh...

Hello Friday!!! Dives 36 and 37

Dive 36- Josie and Will.  Started the day with another dose and oxygen and Mickey Mouse! Our last solo workout in Miss Tiffany's gym.  We skipped the yoga today and went right for the stairs.  Will grabbed his canes and some friends and got started.  As he was walking it occurred to me how often I took for granted when Ben and Isabel went walking across the floor with toys in their hands.  Just think about that for a minute...then watch this video! He carried Mario and Luigi to the stairs.  I carried them up the stairs and then he proceeded to throw them down.  Typical kiddo! After getting hurled down the stairs now poor Mario has to be thrown in a hoop!  Poor guy! He threw all of Mario's friends in the basket too.   Then he made his way across the room to leave Miss Tiffany one last message.  He made it about halfway when he fell, but you know Will, he got right up and finished the job! I think Will enjoy...

Week 3, Tuesday, Dives 29 & 30

Dive 29- Mr. Will and Josie.  Mickey Mouse, our morning ritual! After the dive Will headed over to Miss Tiffany's gym.  I guess we'll stick around, he likes working in there!  He basically set the whole day up, I only added one thing!  He started himself on the stairs.  I just stood back and filmed! Rock on , Mr. Will! This next thing I added.  The next time you get up from sitting (in a chair for example) think about what all goes into that. I think this will be something he could master when we come back this summer!  By the way, Miss Tiffany will be back for that one!   Back to Will's plan.  He didn't want me to video him getting into position but I thought it showed a lot of good work on Will's part.  Pulling yourself on a scooter is an amazing workout!   Now for the "real" video.  Will set up all the pins and now he is kicking them over, according to his plan! Miss Cheryl poppe...
